Kaitlyn Fallon, Esq.
Kaitlyn joined the Homeless Advocacy Project in October 2021 as HAP’s Volunteer Coordinator. In her years of practice as a management-side employment lawyer, Kaitlyn dedicated many pro bono hours to clients in need of free legal services. Through her work, she came to understand how integral pro bono commitments are to ensuring that the most vulnerable in our communities can access the legal system to secure their most basic needs. Kaitlyn is excited to work with HAP’s dedicated volunteers, who work incredibly hard to reduce the frequency and duration of homelessness in Philadelphia.
Kaitlyn graduated from Middlebury College and Brooklyn Law School, where she served as Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Brooklyn Law Review and participated in Moot Court Honor Society. Following graduation from law school, Kaitlyn has practiced labor and employment law and served as a law clerk to the Hon. Steven L. Tiscione in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
