Pro Bono Coordinator

Margaret (Maggie) Oberkircher joined the Homeless Advocacy Project in May 2022 as the Volunteer Coordinator. Maggie is excited to work with HAP’s dedicated volunteers.

 Maggie graduated from the University of Richmond, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and earned her law degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, magna cum laude, where she served as a Student Works Editor of the Villanova Law Review and as a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure and Property Law courses. During law school, Maggie also worked on immigration matters in Villanova Law School’s Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic. Prior to joining HAP, Maggie practiced trust and estates law and worked as an LSAT Instructor.
