Brittany Barnes joined the Homeless Advocacy Project in June 2025 as a paralegal working on the SOAR Project. Community means a lot to her and she has been involved in her community since she was young. Previously, Brittany served as Disability Paralegal at Community Legal Services, where she helped marginalized people in Philadelphia obtain SSI benefits as well as a range of other issues.

Brittany received her B.A. In Interpersonal Communication from East Stroudsburg University and M.A. in Communication from LaSalle University. Brittany is eager to bring her skills and experience to HAP and its clients.
