Patrick McNeil joined HAP to work on the SOAR Project (SSI/SSDI Outreach and Recovery) in early 2018, and has since secured benefits for over 200 people experiencing homelessness. He provides regular trainings and outreach to our community partners and is an active member of HAP’s social media, advocacy, and DEI committees.
